On the 9th day of Lebanon’s peaceful revolt, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah gave a televised
speech. He applauded protestors for achieving the reforms they fought for, but also hinted that leaving the country in its current state of tension for an extensive time could lead to a civil war.
Nevertheless, people continued to protest and public institutions remained closed. Followers of political parties took to the streets in an attempt to cause chaos.
Amidst the rain, protestors continued to hold clothing drives & clean the streets from littering.
