- LEBANESE EXPATRIATES: WE WON'T PAY. Lebanese expatriates returning from Saudi Arabia on board the Saudi Airlines held a protest inside the buses that transported them from the airport to Lancaster hotel in Beirut. They were surprised about having to pay a 150,000 LL fee for a PCR test, and 160,000 LL. to spend the night at the hotel, while awaiting their results. Under pressure, the Health Ministry decided to cover all test costs, and the Tourism Ministry found two other hotels that only charged 90,000 LL per night.
