On the minister’s decision regarding vehicles plate numbers
- An Unlawful Decree: The Interior Minister's new decision to regulate vehicle traffic according to license plate number in itself is illegal. According to the Legal Agenda, the general mobilization protocol does not give the Interior Minister authority to restrict citizens' freedom of movement in that manner. Such a move would require a law, not a ministerial decision.

- "MEA's Profits Come First. Our priority is the company's sustainability," said Middle East Airlines (MEA) CEO Mohammed El Hout on Monday when asked why the airline company had not offered deductions or exemptions to returning Lebanese. Speaking at a press conference, El Hout also maintained that as long as the Central Bank of Lebanon had majority shares in MEA, it will continue as it always has, clarifying that it was a commercial company with no ties to the Lebanese government.
